The Blackjack Ranch Tasting Room is usually a busy place. Weekday visitors usually have the opportunity for our most personalized attention and service

Sometimes the Blackjack Ranch Tasting Room is so busy we have to bring in Roger's mother Arlene and brother Tom to assist

Our tasting room is located on the west side of Alamo Pintado Road, between Los Olivos and Ballard, just north of Solvang, California

We are just north of Santa Barbara off the 101 Freeway or Highway 154, in the heart of the Santa Ynez Valley. Click here for a map and driving instructions to Blackjack Ranch

Our tasting room is California Rustic, having been constructed from materials salvaged from the buildings which previously existed on Blackjack Ranch. The bar in our tasting room was built from one of the bowling alley lanes salvaged from the old Solvang Bowling Alley.

Our tasting room features a temperature controlled wine cellar which displays "Hall of Fame" wines from California and France dating back over six decades of winemaking. On display are the classics from Inglenook in the 1940's, some of Andre's wines from Beaulieu, Heitz Martha's from the '60's and '70's, the current cult rarities from California, world chardonnays and syrahs which have achieved 100 point ratings from Robert Parker in The Wine Advocate, and other mouth watering gems. We think you'll enjoy seeing some of these nearly impossible to find wines.
