The Blackjack Ranch High Rollers Wine Club was inaugurated in 1999 to make the acquisition of our newest releases, our best and rare wines simple and convenient for our preferred customers. High Roller members receive a 20 percent discount on our three automatic shipments which are sent February 1st (2/1), May 1st (5/1) and November 1st (11/1). Additionally, High Rollers receive a 15 percent discount on most additional purchases.
Some of our wines are extremely rare with production totals of 75 cases or 150 cases. Most, if not all of these scarcities will be reserved exclusively for High Rollers. Some "runs" may be limited to just a barrel or two produced from Dijon clones of chardonnay, special bottlings of syrah from Hamburger's Hill or other prime syrah source vineyards, Billy Goat Hill winers, etc., and never offered in our tasting room or on our web site.
Additionally, High Rollers will have a preferred option of ordering additional quantities of new releases or scarce wines prior to release to the general public, tasting room visitors, retailers, restaurants, and distributors when supplies permit.
High Rollers and one guest will be comped in our tasting room up to twice per calendar year. At Blackjack Ranch events, High Rollers will have the first option of attending events held at Blackjack Ranch. Club members also receive a 15 percent discount on accessories and logo clothing from our tasting room.
High Rollers receive four (4) bottles of wine in each of the three shipments (2/1, 5/1, and 11/1) per year. Obviously that's the industry standard for a case of wine from us each year. Shipments generally range in the $120 to $150 range each. If this in any way imposes any financial hardship on you, we prefer that you refrain from joining. Each shipment will be sent to the address you specify and will be automatically billed to your credit card on file with us at the time of shipping.
We have a one year minimum membership term and cancellations received prior to the end of one year will be charged a $75 early cancellation fee. You should make a special note that if/when the day comes when you wish to cancel your membership, that membership is NOT canceled until you receive written confirmation from us of your cancellation. This process takes about seven days, will not be unreasonably withheld and prevents misunderstandings. Your credit card will be charged during the two week period preceding a scheduled shipment. It takes time to assemble a shipment as our Club has grown quite large, so please be patient, your wine will arrive shortly. If your wine has not arrived by the tenth (10th) of a month following a scheduled shipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Our ongoing fanatical commitment to world class quality wine production has been well documented in the media, most notably in "Parker's Wine Buyer's Guide" (Sixth Edition, Simon and Schuster) by Robert Parker, the guru of wine reviewers. Robert Parker recognized Blackjack Ranch as one of California's Five Star Producers (Outstanding) on pages 1187-1188. The Harmonie (Bordeaux-blend) and Billy Goat Hill were given rave reviews and we have continued to up the ante ever since.
We anticipate the need to limit the membership roster of our High Rollers Club in the near future. Today is your opportunity to join our High Rollers prior to that cut-off.
